Draft — not yet in force
This document is a working draft prepared for review by qualified U.S. legal counsel. It does not take effect until reviewed, approved, and published with an effective date. Our commitment
Families using this website may be doing so in stress, on old phones, over slow connections, with assistive technology, or in a second language. Accessibility is therefore not a compliance checkbox for us — it is part of the service. We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the website.
What we build for
- Full keyboard operability with visible focus indicators and a skip-to-content link
- Semantic structure, landmarks, and labeled forms with clear error messages
- Contrast meeting WCAG 2.2 AA; information never conveyed by color alone
- Reflow without horizontal scrolling from 320 px width and at high zoom
- Touch targets of at least 44×44 px and reduced-motion support
- Accessible HTML versions of every checklist and resource
Testing approach
Templates are tested with automated accessibility scanning plus manual keyboard journeys and screen-reader checks (VoiceOver, NVDA, TalkBack). A full audit is part of our pre-launch quality assurance, and testing continues as content changes.
Known limitations
No significant accessibility barriers are currently known. If you encounter one, please tell us — the report will be acknowledged, and the issue listed here honestly together with its remediation timeline until it is fixed.
Tell us what isn’t working
If any part of this website is difficult to use with assistive technology, please tell us via the contact form (choose “Website or accessibility feedback”) or email cases@cincykidsbridge.org (mention “Accessibility” in the subject). Accessibility reports are treated as priority issues. Last review date: January 1, 2026.
