Cincy Kids Bridge does not unlawfully discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, ethnicity, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law in providing its coordination services.
Communication support
Within the scope of our non-clinical coordination services, we work to provide reasonable communication accommodations — including coordinating interpretation support and providing information in plain language. Clinical language services during medical care are provided by healthcare providers under their own obligations; we help families understand and request them.
Concerns
If you believe you have experienced discrimination in connection with our services, contact us at cases@cincykidsbridge.org. Concerns are reviewed seriously and answered. [This statement must be tailored by qualified counsel to the entity’s legal role before launch.]
