Draft — not yet in force
This document is a working draft prepared for review by qualified U.S. legal counsel. It does not take effect until reviewed, approved, and published with an effective date. The short version
We coordinate. We do not treat, we do not advise on medicine, law, or immigration, and we do not make anyone else’s decisions. This page says that precisely, because families deserve precision.
Coordination only
Cincy Kids Bridge is an independent care-coordination service. We are not a hospital, clinic, physician practice, insurer, law firm, or government agency, and we are not affiliated with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center or any other provider or authority.
General information, not professional advice
Everything on this website is general information. It is not medical advice, not legal advice, and not immigration advice, and it cannot substitute for consultation with qualified clinicians or qualified legal or immigration professionals about your specific situation.
Not an emergency service
This website and our services are not for emergencies. If a child may be experiencing a medical emergency, contact local emergency services immediately. In the United States, call 911.
Decisions that are not ours
- Hospitals and clinicians independently decide whether to review, accept, schedule, and treat a patient — and what care costs. We cannot guarantee acceptance, appointments, outcomes, timelines, or that any estimate will match final costs.
- U.S. consular officers independently decide visa applications. A hospital support letter — or a letter from us — supports an application; it is not a visa and does not guarantee one.
- U.S. border authorities (CBP) independently decide entry into the United States.
- Insurers, sponsors, and government programs independently decide coverage and funding.
What follows from this
Plan responsibly: do not purchase nonrefundable travel before hospital acceptance and visa approvals are in place, treat every estimate as an estimate, and consult qualified professionals — clinicians for medical questions, immigration professionals for visa questions — wherever your family needs certainty that coordination cannot provide.
