What to expect
How it typically works
Every case is different, and no step below carries a guaranteed timeframe — but the order stays the same.
Initial review
We review your inquiry and discuss your situation, goals, and constraints.
Case plan
Your coordinator maps out the steps that apply to your family and shares them in writing.
Active coordination
We move the case forward step by step, keeping you informed and answering questions along the way.
Ongoing adjustment
When a hospital decision, document, or travel reality changes the picture, the plan is updated with you — not around you.
About fees
Every case is different, so fees for case coordination are determined individually during the review of your case — and always confirmed with you in writing before any paid work begins.FAQ
