During Your Stay

Once treatment begins, your world narrows to appointments, results, and your child. Our job during the stay is to keep everything around that core running quietly.

Around your appointments

Keep the hospital’s contact for rescheduling saved in your phone; arrive early to navigate parking and check-in; ask for an interpreter for any conversation you want to be sure about; and ask questions until the plan is clear — good clinicians expect it.

When plans change

Treatment plans change — a test result, a new finding, a schedule shift. When that affects lodging, travel dates, or documents, we handle the practical dominoes: extending stays, changing tickets, updating letters.

Staying in touch

Your coordinator remains your point of contact throughout the stay — for questions, for changes, and for the moments when you simply are not sure who to ask. No question about logistics is too small.

Not sure what applies to your family?

Every case is different. Tell us your situation and a coordinator will explain which steps matter for you — honestly, and in plain language.

One clear point of contact, from anywhere in the world

Begin with a short inquiry — contact details only, no medical records. A coordinator will explain what applies to your family.
