Returning Home

Going home is the goal — and it has its own checklist. A well-closed case means your local physicians know exactly what happened, and nothing about the trip home undoes the good that was done.

Before you fly home

  • Get the visit or discharge summary and confirm you understand it
  • Collect copies of key new records and imaging for your local team
  • Understand every medication: names, doses, and how to obtain them at home
  • Confirm any follow-up plan: remote visits, local tests, warning signs to watch
  • Ask whether your child is medically cleared for the flight

Reconnecting with your local physicians

With your consent, we help make sure your local care team receives the treatment summary and records — so your child’s next appointment at home starts from knowledge, not from a blank page.

Follow-up from a distance

Some providers offer remote follow-up for existing international patients. Where your provider does, we help schedule and prepare for it; where they do not, we help route questions through their official channels.

Not sure what applies to your family?

Every case is different. Tell us your situation and a coordinator will explain which steps matter for you — honestly, and in plain language.

One clear point of contact, from anywhere in the world

Begin with a short inquiry — contact details only, no medical records. A coordinator will explain what applies to your family.
